Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHAX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,012 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHAX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle, Regulation of nuclear division, and Negative regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with PHAX in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHAX-to-partner and partner-to-PHAX results are reported.
