Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHAX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTC2, GUCA2A, and OR11H2. Each is linked with PHAX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHAX-to-partner and partner-to-PHAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DMRTC2 grouped by PHAX-low versus PHAX-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
