PHACTR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,289 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL4, PHACTR1_S505, and PRKCB. Each is linked with PHACTR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR1-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHACTR1 versus RPL4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
