Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,026 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHACTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACADL, SFTPA1, and NECAB1. Each is linked with PHACTR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR1-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHACTR1 versus ACADL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
