PHACTR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, MEK1, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with PHACTR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR1-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by PHACTR1-low versus PHACTR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
