Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHACTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,900 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Random inactivation of X chromosome, Constitutive secretory pathway, and Response to glycine. Each is linked with PHACTR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR1-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR1 results are reported.
