PHACTR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHACTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A10, ACTL7A, and FEV. Each is linked with PHACTR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR1-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A10 grouped by PHACTR1-low versus PHACTR1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
