Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PGRMC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PGRMC2 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher PGRMC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PGRMC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and LUAD are the cancer types where PGRMC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
