PGRMC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGRMC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGRMC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, MEK1, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with PGRMC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGRMC2-to-partner and partner-to-PGRMC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by PGRMC2-low versus PGRMC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGRMC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGRMC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
