Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGRMC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,828 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGRMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R16B, GPI, and C5AR2. Each is linked with PGRMC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGRMC1-to-partner and partner-to-PGRMC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGRMC1 versus PPP1R16B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGRMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGRMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
