PGPEP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGPEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,712 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGPEP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPX4, SLC27A1, and CCDC6_S52. Each is linked with PGPEP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-PGPEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGPEP1 versus GPX4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGPEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGPEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
