Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGPEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,239 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGPEP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are GDF15-GFRAL signaling pathway, Fatty acid catabolic process, and Regulation of growth hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PGPEP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-PGPEP1 results are reported.
