Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,467 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, RFC2, and RRM2. Each is linked with PGP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGP-to-partner and partner-to-PGP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
