Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS34, POLR3K, and TEDC2. Each is linked with PGP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGP-to-partner and partner-to-PGP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
