Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PGM5P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PGM5P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PGM5P4 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PGM5P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and MESO show a favorable association.

BRCA, MESO, and UCS are the cancer types where PGM5P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
