Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, p27_pT198, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with PGM5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM5-to-partner and partner-to-PGM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a grouped by PGM5-low versus PGM5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
