Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PGM3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PGM3 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PGM3 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PGM3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where PGM3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
