PGM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,408 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGM3_S64, SMAP1, and SYNCRIP. Each is linked with PGM3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM3-to-partner and partner-to-PGM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM3 versus PGM3_S64 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
