PGM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,180 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RWDD2A, IBTK, and MAP3K7. Each is linked with PGM3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM3-to-partner and partner-to-PGM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM3 versus RWDD2A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
