Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, Bak, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PGM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM3-to-partner and partner-to-PGM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by PGM3-low versus PGM3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
