Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,727 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGM2L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGM2L1_S175, FNBP1L, and CCN2. Each is linked with PGM2L1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM2L1-to-partner and partner-to-PGM2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM2L1 versus PGM2L1_S175 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
