Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM2L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,399 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGM2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA1P40, PLEKHS1, and LNCSRLR. Each is linked with PGM2L1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM2L1-to-partner and partner-to-PGM2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM2L1 versus HNRNPA1P40 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
