Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,570 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGM2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAG2, PGK1, and NUTF2. Each is linked with PGM2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM2L1-to-partner and partner-to-PGM2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAG2 grouped by PGM2L1-low versus PGM2L1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
