Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, TFRC, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PGM2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM2L1-to-partner and partner-to-PGM2L1 results are reported.
