Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,698 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRP72, NAMPT, and TMEM33. Each is linked with PGM2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM2-to-partner and partner-to-PGM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM2 versus SRP72 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
