PGM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D1, FSCN1, and ENGASE. Each is linked with PGM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM2-to-partner and partner-to-PGM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM2 versus TBC1D1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
