Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,343 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF20A, KIF18B, and MYBL2. Each is linked with PGM2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM2-to-partner and partner-to-PGM2 results are reported.
