Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, DEFB103A, and TRIM64EP. Each is linked with PGM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM2-to-partner and partner-to-PGM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by PGM2-low versus PGM2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
