PGM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,472 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ENO1, PGM1_S117, and MET. Each is linked with PGM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM1-to-partner and partner-to-PGM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM1 versus ENO1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
