Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,152 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDIT4L, ROR1, and ISM1. Each is linked with PGM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM1-to-partner and partner-to-PGM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM1 versus DDIT4L in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
