PGM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,900 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1P2, FEN1, and PPP2R2D. Each is linked with PGM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM1-to-partner and partner-to-PGM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1P2 grouped by PGM1-low versus PGM1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
