Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,405 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ADP catabolic process, ADP metabolic process, and Nucleoside diphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with PGM1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM1-to-partner and partner-to-PGM1 results are reported.
