Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDDM3B, ACER1, and UTF1. Each is linked with PGM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM1-to-partner and partner-to-PGM1 results are reported.
