Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGLYRP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,256 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGLYRP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Copulation, NMDA selective glutamate receptor signaling pathway, and Delamination. Each is linked with PGLYRP4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP4-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP4 results are reported.
