Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGLYRP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGLYRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Afatinib, Oxaliplatin, and Lapatinib. Each is linked with PGLYRP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP4-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP4 results are reported.
