Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGLYRP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGLYRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX55, OR11H6, and FGF3. Each is linked with PGLYRP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP4-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX55 grouped by PGLYRP4-low versus PGLYRP4-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGLYRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGLYRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
