Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGLYRP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGLYRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, PDCD4, and EGFR. Each is linked with PGLYRP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP3-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP3 results are reported.
