Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGLYRP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 732 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGLYRP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intermediate filament-based process, Intermediate filament cytoskeleton organization, and NMDA selective glutamate receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PGLYRP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP3-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Intermediate filament-based process grouped by PGLYRP3-low versus PGLYRP3-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
