Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGLYRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,905 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGLYRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4F22, ACAP1, and MAP4K1. Each is linked with PGLYRP2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP2-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGLYRP2 versus CYP4F22 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGLYRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGLYRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
