Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGLYRP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,860 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGLYRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LTBP2, RHOJ, and GFPT2. Each is linked with PGLYRP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP2-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP2 results are reported.
