Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PGLYRP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PGLYRP1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PGLYRP1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PGLYRP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CCRCC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PGLYRP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
