PGLS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGLS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,226 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGLS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NACC1, CRELD2, and FNDC3A_S203. Each is linked with PGLS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLS-to-partner and partner-to-PGLS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGLS versus NACC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGLS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGLS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
