Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGLS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,287 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGLS-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIR, MVB12A, and COPE. Each is linked with PGLS in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLS-to-partner and partner-to-PGLS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGLS versus TRIR in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGLS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGLS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
