PGK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,766 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGK2, PLOD2, and HK2. Each is linked with PGK1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGK1-to-partner and partner-to-PGK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGK1 versus PGK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
