Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,291 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleoside diphosphate catabolic process, Purine ribonucleoside diphosphate catabolic process, and Hypoxia-inducible factor-1alpha signaling pathway. Each is linked with PGK1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGK1-to-partner and partner-to-PGK1 results are reported.
