PGGT1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGGT1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,770 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGGT1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDC2, CERT1, and CAMP. Each is linked with PGGT1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGGT1B-to-partner and partner-to-PGGT1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGGT1B versus YTHDC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGGT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGGT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
