Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,774 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA4, BMP1, and C1S. Each is linked with PGF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGF-to-partner and partner-to-PGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGF versus LAMA4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
