Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,650 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASAH1, NR3C1, and FAM162A. Each is linked with PGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGF-to-partner and partner-to-PGF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGF versus ASAH1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
