PGF

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4E, and JNK2. Each is linked with PGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGF-to-partner and partner-to-PGF results are reported.
