PGF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,741 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTX3, FSCN1, and SH2B3. Each is linked with PGF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGF-to-partner and partner-to-PGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGF versus PTX3 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
